I get a number of positive comments every year and often get little thank you notes and letters when people leave – but would you believe them if I placed them here?

“We lived in a gold lined mansion in the best part of Sheffield. It was only 10 yards from both Universities and only 30 seconds to my fave bars, clubs and takeaways. The landlord is a fab guy – refusing to take any rent from us for the duration! The house was self heating and the landlord fitted revolutionary carpets that vacuumed themselves. The kitchen had all new appliances and a fridge that dispensed perpetually filling milk, beer and wine. In fact the house was so good I never wanted to leave.”
